CONSTITUTION
THE
GREATER MID-ONTARIO DOBERMAN FANCIERS
NAME
The
name of this Club shall be the GREATER MID-ONTARIO DOBERMAN
FANCIERS hereinafter referred to as the Club.
AFFILIATION
The Club shall work in co-operation with the Doberman
Pinscher Club of Canada and the Canadian Kennel Club in the
development of purebred Doberman Pinschers.
OBJECTIVES
The objectives of the Club shall be:
To encourage and promote the breeding of the Purebred
Doberman Pinscher;
To educate the attitude of the Public in all aspects of
Doberman Pinscher Ownership;
To attract Fanciers to all the educational and social
aspects of owning a Doberman Pinscher, and
To conduct Sanction Matches, Specialty Shows, Correction
Matches and Obedience Trials under the Rules of the
Canadian Kennel Club.
AREA OF OPERATION
The area of operation of the Club shall be generally the
Greater Toronto Regional Area including the Regions of
Durham, Halton, Peel and York, as well as the Cities of
Hamilton and Woodstock but nothing herein written shall be
deemed to delimit the area in which the Members may seek to
achieve their purpose.
REVISION OF CONSTITUTION
Changes in this Constitution may be made only after the
proposed alterations have been raised for debate in at
least (2) regular meetings of the Club and have thereafter
been signed, in the presence of witnesses, by a two-thirds
(2/3) approving majority of the Club Members in good
standing, the signed document to contain the entire
Constitution as revised.
